There is not a wasted word in this book. It is a must read for everyone who wants to gain greater understanding of the battle between knowing salvation and reconciling sin's position in the life of the believer. There is a breath of new freedom that comes from reading this book. Dan builds precept upon precept leading up to a truth that most of us inherently know but have not had clearly defined. I am so thankful to understand now that I am not the sin that plagues me. That though sin is a choice, I am clearly separated from it by the precious blood of Jesus Christ. How much more clearly I can now advance to the foot of the cross and dump the sin where it belongs. I can stop beating myself up for failures I don't own, and stop striving to be in good favor with the Father. I have a greater understanding now that sanctification is not a continual process of gaining acceptance, but a continual process of growing in maturity to bring pleasure to the Father's heart. I have a new sense of the Truth in the scripture that says "It is for freedom that Christ has set us free." I highly recommend this book.Product details
